Diabetes, pre-diabetes, and high blood sugar levels result in serious health issues for millions of people each year. Doctors have demonstrated that diabetes can be managed, and even eliminated, by eating a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet designed to reduce blood sugar, lose weight, and reduce inflammation.
New research is demonstrating the benefit of certain natural herbs and spices to further support blood sugar control, increase insulin sensitivity, and improve fat burning efforts.
One of these natural herbs/spices is Cinnamon. Cinnamon is essential for lowering blood sugar levels and reducing the harmful effects associated with inflammation, including diabetes and metabolic syndrome. In fact, recent findings support cinnamon’s use as an effective anti-inflammatory, insulin reducer, and powerful antioxidant.

New Natural Herb Reverses Diabetes
New clinical trials show that an all-natural herb from India lowers blood glucose levels in those with diabetes; this lower blood sugar was observed when measuring levels of fasting blood sugar levels, after eating, and in the long-term.
Researchers are also promoting this herb as being potentially beneficial for people with insulin dependent, or type 1, diabetes. In fact, testing diabetics for up to 24 months revealed that using this herb lowered high blood sugar levels, required amounts of insulin, and triglycerides; these levels stayed low when measured 1 year later.
